Payment:
To protect your Maximum interests, we only charge a deposit while you book your tour. We charge the tour cost, or we call it land-payment, when you arrive in China. The deposit of your tour is due 45 days before your departure from your country of origin, or we can make agreement by talks.
Prices:
Prices are based on costs and exchange rates when this itinerary was designed. We reserve the right to adjust tour prices, before or after your booking, until your have paid the tour price in full.

Cancellation
Not like the other travel operators, we don’t charge if you make any changes (including transfers) by you to your booking. The deposit you paid can’t refund by cash, which will valid for you forever, or you can put that to your friend or relative if you cancel your tour by any reason.

Refunds:
Refunds are not made for unused services except those, which can be recovered from airlines for unused flight. These may be claimed only through the Chinatravelmate.us’s office in Beijing.

Not included in tour price:

Airfares, passport and Visa fees, Travel insurance, excess baggage Charges, airport departure taxes, gratuities to tour leaders and guides, extra meals, laundry, drinks, optional activities or tours, and any items of a personal nature are not included in your tour price.
