Prices:
Prices are based on costs and exchange rates when the itinerary was designed.We reserve the right to adjust tour prices, before or after your booking, until your have paid the tour price in full.

Payment:

The balance of your tour cost is due 3 days after your arrive in China. If your fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your tour and retain your deposit.

Changes to your itinerary
Our tours are organized many moths in advance and it may become necessary to make alterations to your holiday. From time to time the sequence of your itinerary may need to be adjusted slightly.Occasionally we may be forced to mak changes either before or during your holiday as a result of poor road conditions, weather changes to transportation schedules, availability of train beths,government regulations or other circumstances, No responsibility is accepted for any discomfort of delay caused by such changes.A flexible attitude is important.

Refunds:
Refunds are not made for unused services except those, which can be recovered from airlines for unused flights. These may be claimed only through the Chinatravelmate.com’s office in Beijing.

Not included in tour price:
International Airfares, passport and Visa fees, Travel insurance, excess baggage Charges,airport departure taxes, gratuities to tour leaders and guides, extra meals, laundry, drinks, optional activities or tours, and any  items of a personal nature are not included in your tour price.

Age limits & Your health
These holidays are specifcally desigend for younger travellers, generally in the 18-55 age group. All clients are expected to carry your own bags, and the type of accommodation and transport we use can be physically demanding, These are not conventional holidays so you must be in good health .These holidays are not recommended for children under the age of eighteen years.
We stongly recommend a visit to your doctor and dentist before your holiday.You must ask your doctor about current inoculation requirements.Full details of pre-existing medical conditions must be forwarded to chinatravelmate when you book, These holidays are designed for the younger market. Older clients or clients with pre-existing medical conditions may reqire a letter from a doctor clearing them for the tour and Chinatrevelmate reserves the right,at its discretion,to cancel your booking and refund the money paid by you..During your holiday you are under the control fo your tour leader,who has the authority to determine your suitability to coninue with your tour.
